Jyokkari is a sake from Aomori.
But it is hard to find it in Kanto area.
I have relatives in Aomori, so I am somewhat familiar with it.
It has a sweet and smooth taste.
It smells a little like yogurt.
Fruity and rice-sweet.
It is my favorite taste.
