Sake made with 92% polished rice, unfiltered, raw and unpasteurized.
It has a mildly sweet aroma. Although it is a nama-shu, it has a deep, rich sweetness rather than freshness, and the combination of moderate acidity and umami gives it a cocoa-like atmosphere. Even though it is cocoa-like, it goes well with food.
