Yesterday, I went back to "I" again.
It was hard to decide which one to drink, but I drank 9 kinds of drinks and 1 extra drink for 1 hour for 1500 yen, so I drank 10 kinds in total (lol).
The eighth drink was "Hyakujuro".
I'd never heard of this sake before, but it was the best of the day!
The balance of sweetness and sourness is super fruity and not too sweet.
The balance of sweetness and sourness was just right for a handsome, smooth drink.
It's a winner!
It's a sake from Gifu. I'll look for it next time.
