It won the gold medal in the heated sake contest and is recommended to be served at room temperature to warmed.
The aroma is gentle but sparkling, elegant and sweet like Japanese sweets. We also detected a hint of "azuki" flavor, which is not too sweet.
In the mouth, the fine sweetness of Wasanbon with a slight viscosity and a hint of lactic acidity. There was also a slight banana feeling.
As it was swallowed, the sweetness subsided and the acidity spread, and bitterness gradually appeared, bringing the whole thing together and bringing it to a sharp finish.
The lingering taste is pleasantly sweet and pungent acidity, followed by a citrus sensation covered with syrup.
