Bonito Masamune, a sake brewery in Higashinada and Narumi.
Last Sunday, I bought some sake at Ueoka Sake Shop in Toda Park and asked for a sake recommendation for an upcoming barbecue, and this sake was recommended to me.
The brewery's toji was changed last season and the sake was designed to cut through the fat of bonito, a specialty of Katsuura, where the brewery is located.
As recommended, we drank it at yesterday's barbecue, and today we had it with bonito tataki.
This sake has a citrusy entry, followed by acidity.
It is of course an excellent match with bonito👍.

Katsuura has good fish. Personally, I prefer Katsuura to Enoshima for swimming.
