It was my last drink.
I didn't feel any degradation and it was a hit.

It's a lot sweeter than your usual sacred bird.
There's a mild bitterness at the end though.
It's weak, so I don't mind it at all.

It is also delicious.
The sweetness which is typical of the Mumulo cedar.
Is it just a little sweeter than the sacred bird?
The koji is different, but the taste is similar.
This is my favorite of the day.
Rice: 80% Culrose rice, 20% Yamadanishiki
Polished rice: 60%.
Alcohol content: 15%.
