Miyamanishiki, directly drawn, freshly pressed, undiluted sake, Nakadori.
I've had Masumi a few times, but MIYASAKA is new to me 😊.
The aroma is fresh and sweet.
It has a fizzy and tangy aroma, and the taste is sweet like muscat and green apple, followed by sourness.
As the temperature rises, the acidity is less pronounced and the juicy sweetness becomes more dominant.
Personally, I like the sweetness and tartness at about the third day.
I drank it all in 3 days, so I don't know after that... 😅
