The other day, I had a chance to visit one of the Hasegawa Sake Shop's stores for the first time on my way back from a business trip, and they introduced me to this bottle.
I like "Hiryu" from Shinzawa Jyoten, but this one is also delicious.
Personally, I think it's more suited to meat than fish. It's a sweet avoidance that seems to go better with grains than meat.
