In between going from one brewery to another for the "kurabiraki" event, we went home for lunch 🥗.
Since it's a good time, I'm going to open a bottle in the garden 😁.
Since it's GW✨, I opened a bottle of my favorite Niimasa Ecru Naokumi 🥰.
The aroma is still very raspberry-like, which is characteristic of Shinmasa 👍.
The first sip has a woody aroma from the wooden vat and a taste reminiscent of raspberries and grapes 🍇, and it has a very sharp aftertaste 😆.
Good before and after dinner🙆.
I drank the normal version of ecru a little while ago, but I don't think I could taste that much difference 😅(or is my tongue 👅 not good enough?).
I think this one has a little more pizzazz 🫧, but the taste is still ecru 🤔.
The weather ☀️ was great and it was a perfect drinking day.
I think the food and sake tastes better than usual when you drink outdoors lol.
