ジョナジョナ
Nama-aged in the fall from Niidashi zenshu. Sake that has been fire-aged and stored.
Slightly sweet and sour aroma. The mild, firm sweetness of the rice and juicy acidity will enchant you. You can't help but drink it without eating anything.
It has a slightly less matured flavor and sweetness of junmai sake. I think the frog label was lighter. I think I prefer the low-polished version.
