Reward Jikin! This sake is made from good Yamadanishiki from Hyogo! Banshu Ikkyo of the same rice was also good, and you can feel the quality of the rice! Transparent, medium-bodied! Ripe and mellow 🍐 aroma! Density, sweetness that makes up the 🍐! Acidity! Bitterness! The balance is superb! A delightful contradiction in terms of freshness, like biting into ripe fruit! A sake that is clearly a little bit better than the usual Jikin!
