The balance of sweet and spicy is excellent. After that, it is sharp and clean. I think it is the sharpest of all the Kangiku I have had so far. I think the sharpness from the sweet flavor is better suited for summer than the thin summer sake. Or rather, it is my favorite. It is also the best in terms of cost performance.
It seems a little thin toward the end, but considering the price, I guess it's not that bad.
