Rice used: 80% Koshitanrei produced in Niigata Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio: 50
Alcohol content: 15% (undiluted)
It arrived in the August hanpukai. This and the Ozeyuki Hiyoroshi were my favorite months.
I opened the bottle after the Tenmei, but it was an octave higher and sharper.
We compared Omachi and Koshi-tanrei, and they were very contrasting 😄.
