At a tavern in the Kanazawa Station Building. Kurumada Sake Brewery in Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture, was founded in the Bunsei Era (Edo Period). The brewery is renowned for its Hakusan subsoil water and traditional sake brewing techniques.
Their representative brand, Tengumai Yamahai Junmai, which is often seen in the Kanto region, has a classic, full-bodied flavor. It is better to drink it with simple snacks rather than while eating a lot of food.
