Surprisingly, this is my first time drinking Tsukishiro 😆.
From the aroma. It's made with Yamadanishiki, so it has a fresh uri or herbal flavor. I like the first sip of the direct pumping? I like the pleasant gasiness and the acidity that stands out 😊 I can feel the umami of the rice and the dryness is not so strong but the light and modern sake quality makes it easy to drink 😋😋😋😋😋😋.
I'll try Hwang Suisen and Beni Kikyo since I haven't had a chance to try them at home 🤗.
