First Jyushiyo here.
Very mild aroma.
In contrast, the taste has a pineapple-like mouthfeel with a hint of hana-hyo-yaki, with a good balance of sweet and sour flavors.
The umami almost disappears with the sweetness and acidity before it appears.
Beautifully balanced, but not too much so.
I like Shinshu Kamerei better if it's from the same family.
Maybe it's not good to start with Ginsen.
