Kakureiしぼりたて 純米酒 生原酒
うなろー
Tsururei's raw sake has a completely different expression from that of fire-aged Tsururei.
While regular Tsururei is like a thin, beautiful boy standing in a snowy landscape, this sake is like a strong young man sweating as he removes snow from the ground.
The Tsururei flavor is preserved, but it is surprisingly thicker and has a stronger core.
This is fine, but I like Tsururei's light and soft taste.
I think I prefer the hi-ire style.
