こーへいThis is the first time I've been able to buy the Jishin I've always wanted.
The color is so clear and colorless that it is hard to believe it is unfiltered.
It has a rich, mellow, sweet and sour taste that seems to spread to every corner of the sake. The taste was tropical, like pineapple.
After a quick break, a lingering sweetness lingers fluffily.
It's insanely delicious!
I did notice a roughness to the taste about a week after opening, so it might be a good idea to drink it sooner rather than later.
