Kenshin純米吟醸 夕涼み 生酒
kikoSuddenly it was hot like summer, and on a day like this I wanted to drink a crisp Niigata sake, so I opened a bottle of Kenshin from Itoigawa City.
I imagined it would be light and dry, but it was surprisingly sweet and easy to drink. It also has a good umami flavor, and is moderately dry with a zingy aftertaste. Today we had hamburgers and omelets, and it was a surprisingly good match.
