Abe Commemorative sake for the construction of the new brewery.
This is a special sake brewed in the Hashira shochu brewing process using shochu produced by the company itself.
It has an aroma of melon and pear, and a characteristic acidity on the palate. It has a complex umami flavor that is well drawn out, while the clean and crisp aftertaste expresses the goodness of the Hashira shochu brewing process.
When served hot, it is also delicious as it is mellow and well-balanced after the corners are removed!
I would like to visit the new brewery someday to see how the bottles are personalized!
