This and Kido were the only muddy sake we were able to buy this season. Thanks to the sake brewery for providing a stable supply.
It is very active. Maybe because I tried to open the bottle in a room with a heater, bubbles came out... (laugh). (laughter).
After letting the gas out for about 5 minutes, I was finally able to get it to settle down. The mouthfeel was easy to drink and refreshing, with a strong acidity and a pleasant shuffle, and not as sweet as it looked gorgeous. I picked it up with a pack of sushi, but it would do well with a more robust tasting snack! Maybe next time I'll drink it with salami cheese.
