Today I went to 4 liquor stores with a friend and bought 6 bottles, mostly nigori type.
Hirotogawa is a delicious sake that does not betray its taste!
It has a gaseous taste. The sweetness and acidity spread quickly in the mouth, and there is a lingering aftertaste. It has a good balance.
Rice: 100% Fukushima-produced Yumenokou rice
Polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol: 15%.
