Another bottle opened last week on the Mid-Autumn Moon 🎑.
The label is already, I think ^_^ tsukimi-sake🌕.
Also, Iki Island, where Shigeke Brewery is located, is home to Tsukiyomi Shrine, the original and head shrine of all Tsukiyomi shrines in Japan.
The three deities are Tsukuyomi-no-mikoto, Tsukiyomi-no-mikoto, and Tsukiyumi-no-mikoto, all of whom are related to the moon.
So, we will have a cup of sake with Oborozuki again at Yokoyama, a restaurant that seems to have a connection with the moon: ❣️
Yes, it has a nice aroma of rice 👌.
When you take a sip, it is soft, sweet, fruity and juicy 😋.
And as the temperature rises in the mouth from the muskmelon, it gets even sweeter and sweeter 😋❣️
It's as sweet as a speed wagon (old 🤣)
However, it is a refined cotton candy with a light citrus flavor and a sweetness that is not unpleasant!
After that, the sugar is mellow on the tongue, but with a light acidity that is not cloying and has a good sharpness.
It was a cold wholesale that looked good on a Oboro moonlit night. ❗️
Tsukiyomi is also a sake to be drunk over and over again.
(100% Yamadanishiki)

Hello Summer Rain ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I collect [moon sake] as a hobby, and this one caught my antennae quite well for the first time 😆.
It's also an interesting discovery that there are so many expressions on Tsukuyominomikoto, it's a perfect sake for a great moon ✨.

Good evening, Jive 🌖.
Tsukuyomi, the god who rules the moon and oversees the night, is something fascinating ✨✨.
It would be fun to collect sake with a theme such as the moon 👍I should find some new theme too 😆.
