This is my first local sake from Hiroshima Prefecture!
I drank some of Tomikucho's sake when I was in Tokyo.
But I forgot what flavor it tasted like at all... Too bad...
Let's get started!
First of all, it smells like apple and grain.
Soft, pleasant bitterness and short flavor, along with a bit of astringency.
The aftertaste tastes like chestnuts and other nuts, no acidity
There was a little bit of a white grape scent to it! It was refreshing.
When I drank it at room temperature, the sweetness gradually increased.
However, cold is still probably even better (...?)
