Denshu純米吟醸 百四拾 紅葉
ちりとてちん
Purchased at Sumino Sake Shop in Nagata-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture.
The name "Hyakunyonjyu" is derived from the name of the rice, which when developed in Aomori Prefecture was called Aosei 140.
It has a gorgeous aroma and a gentle mouthfeel.
The elegant, beautifully rounded sweetness and acidity are exquisite.
Everything is in perfect balance and too delicious. I could finish a whole bottle by myself💦.
