The rice used for the sake inside is "Manzai" rice, which was revived and cultivated in 2013 in the local city of Okazaki, and Maruishi Brewery was entrusted with its brewing.
This junmai ginjo is brewed with Manzai rice, which is very important to Maruishi Brewery, and polished to 55% rice polishing ratio.
The aroma is crisp and fresh, like a young chervil.
The taste has a soft dryness that is refreshing.
When I drank Ni Usagi before, there were many sweet and tasty sakes, so I was surprised at the refreshing and youthful impression this time!
