It's a good modern type of sake that is well-balanced. My wife calls it a sparkling type.
I'm not sure if this is an appropriate analogy.
It tastes like a light Genmai.
It can be enjoyed by itself.
By the way, there was a pink nigori in dancyu.
I want to drink that too.
