A bottle of Shinsei Lapidus shipped in December 2015! This is the last square bottle of Shinsei at my usual master's store. As you can see from the back label, there was a time when it was neither wooden vat nor low alu (15 degrees) 🤔. The top aroma is modest, and there is a slight aging aroma, but I don't particularly care for it. When you put it in your mouth, it has a beautiful sweetness like Shinsei and a strong umami 😋. I can't compare it to Lapis since it's my first time drinking it, but my friend who has been drinking sake for a long time with me said it was completely different from the recent Shinsei Lapis. It is outrageous that you, who do not even like Shinsei, would drink it! I'm sorry to those of you who think that I'm not a fan of Shinsei. It was delicious and very drinkable ✨🥂🥂.

Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo. This is the first time I saw a bottle of Niimasa 😳 I think all of the series (colors) with this label are fire-aged, although there may be some exceptions 🤔. I wish I could have had a bottle of Niimasa in this era 🥺.

Good evening bouken🍶. I've never seen the one in a bottle before either😊. I looked it up and it says it's fire-aged 😅. I guess that's why the Shinsei fans think amateurs are in trouble 😆. I'd like to try the old No.6 too 🤔
