A bottle of Shinsei Lapidus shipped in December 2015!
This is said to be the last one square bottle of Shinsei at my usual master's store.
As you can see from the back label, there was a time when it was not a draft sake, not a wooden vat, and not low al (15 degrees) 🤔.
The top aroma is modest, and there is a slight aging aroma, but I don't particularly care for it.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a beautiful sweetness like Shinsei with a strong umami (flavor) 😋.
I can't compare it to Lapis since it's my first time drinking it, but my friend who has a long history of drinking sake with me said it was completely different from the recent Shinsei Lapis.
I am sorry to all of you who think "It's outrageous that you, who don't even like Shinsei, would drink it! I'm sorry to those of you who think that I'm not a fan of Shinsei.
It was delicious and very drinkable ✨🥂🥂.
