Sogapale a year ago.
Wine-like acidity and a little bit of a schwash, with a bitter and umami aftertaste.
It's no different from this year's Sogapale! That's my impression.
It's sad that I can't compare it with the current taste of last year.
But it is delicious. I want to eat some saury.
The entrails of the swordfish and sogaperl... something new door... let's close it for now!
