Tasake Junmai Ginjo Koshiro Nishiki
This is one of my favorite bottles that I became a Tasake fan two years ago!
The fresh acidity and sweetness, like biting into a muscat, makes it easy to drink too much even in the hot summer!
Whenever I buy this one, I always end up drinking it in one night, so be careful!
Rice polishing ratio: 50% (100% Kojo-Nishiki is used)
Alcohol content: 16%.
