This sake was created in collaboration with Bandiera Jogo Kotobuki of Fukuoka's J-League team, Avispa Fukuoka, and his hometown, Mitsui no Kotobuki.
I went out to buy it as soon as I saw it, because I knew I had to have it if I was an Avispa supporter.
I had avoided this sake because of the dryness of Mitsui no Kotobuki, but I had enjoyed Bida made by the same brewery, so I wondered how it would taste. I drank it just to see how it would be...
Delicious! That was my honest impression.
The aroma was rich and refreshing, and I drank it in no time at all, with just a hint of spiciness at the end.
I wish they would serve this again!
