I knew that the local sake would be different from the others! The first Hozu was drier than Yamadanishiki. The layers of sweetness and umami are a bit thin, delicate, and very easy to drink. We drank it while saying "yummy, yummy, yummy" to each other, and it was completely empty in no time... But it was a good opportunity for me to try this sake since I couldn't find a good time to open it. Oh, how fleeting...
