I bought a Natsumi Kan for Murasuke.
It has a low alcohol content of 13 degrees, but it has a rather strong presence when drunk cold. Personally, I don't like the nose-dropping effect of the sake.
But when it's warmed up, it becomes something else.
It's juicy like a peach, and delicious.
I've decided to start heating sake in September.
