Kiritsukuba初搾り うすにごり

This is my first time to try Kiri-Tsukuba.
Is it a local brand in Urasato?
The top aroma is faintly sweet.
In the mouth, it is dry with a hint of sweetness, followed by a bitter nigori taste.
After reading the label on the back of the bottle, I realized that it is a honjozo.
There was no particular alkali taste that bothered me.
I wonder if a little was added to give it a sharpness.
I am looking forward to Urasato's nigori, too!
It was delicious 🍶.

Good morning, Matsuchiyo 😃.
Kiri-Tsukuba light nigori is delicious 🤤.
By the way, Kiri-Tsukuba is not limited to the local area, but it seems that most (more than 90%) of it is consumed in Ibaraki, so there are not many other places where it can be found!

Good morning, Aladdin ✨
Wow, no wonder I only see Urasato in Tokyo.
The last Urasato's sake was especially good, so I'm expecting a nigori as well 🤤.
