Third week of Higashi-Hiroshima brewery opening 🍶.
We came to our favorite brewery, Kinko's Sake Brewery 😆.
This time we drank 5 sakes: Sakurafukiyuki Daiginjo, Kamo Kanehide Jun Daiginjo 40, Kamo Kanehide Junginjo 14, Kurabiraki Limited Nama, and Kamo Kanehide Tokujunjo 13✨!
The Sakurafukiyuki Daiginjo is an unquestionably sumptuous brew that wins a gold medal 🥇 every year at sake competitions👍.
Jun Daigin 40 is a regular version of the "Seme" that I posted earlier, but it also had a great sharpness and flavor that made me smile 🥰.
Jungin 14 is a limited edition sake for direct sale 🍶.
It is always delicious 😋.
It's really nice to be able to drink this all year round ‼️... It's a shame that it's not well known, I wish they would sell it all over the country 😅.
The limited edition for the brewery opening is the only dry one 🔥.
It has a moderate spiciness and is a good alternative to beer 😆.
Tokujun 13 is fruity but a little short on flavor 🤔.
Personally, I still prefer Jungin 14 😍.
However, it did have the piquancy of a draft sake, so it might be easier to drink on a hot day 👍.
And...just a monotonous comment 😅 since there were 5 different types.
