At a sake brewery's event on July 30 and 31, there was a paid tasting, and they recommended heating up the sake, so I thought, "Wow! Hot sake in the summer heat! I was so curious that I took a cup of the sake and had a tasting.
Well, it was delicious.
In retrospect, I wish I had taken a picture of it when I was there. Was I drunk? I was careless.
I think the alcohol taste is stronger when it's heated up, but it doesn't come on too strong.
It's delicious on its own, or as a mealtime sake.
I saw it heated at a winter event but didn't try it, so I thought I'd have to wait until the next winter to try it, but it's also good heated in the summer.
It was so good that I could drink it in no time ☺️🍶💕.

Good evening, Mr. Waya Mojahira😊I had an image that heated food is only for winter, but it's totally possible in summer too! I've heard it said that you won't get sick in the summer if you eat warm food as well as cold food, so I guess I'll have to warm up my sake! I'll have to heat it up 😆🍶.
