The gentle aroma of lactic acid is impressive.
The soft aroma and the first mouthful of sweetness and umami are well felt and have the thickness that can only be found in a sake, but the acidity is strong and the overall impression is quite refreshing.
Limited to one bottle per person, we enjoyed it very much.
