It was my last drink.
I didn't feel any degradation and it was a hit.

It has a wonderfully gentle sweetness that is typical of the Mimuro cedar.
Is it a little bit sweeter than the Sentry?
The koji is different, but the taste is similar.
This is my favorite of the day.

It's a lot sweeter than your usual sacred bird.
There's a mild bitterness at the end though.
It's weak, so I don't mind it at all.

Polished rice: 60%.
Alcohol content: 15%.
