<My impression of the taste
The aroma is almost scentless and extremely subdued.
The mouthfeel is clear and sweet.
The inside has a slight umami flavor, but the impression is still "watery" and clear.
The aftertaste is dry, with a slight astringency, but it quickly fades away.
→It is a reinterpretation of "Kamizen Josui" as a modern sake.
It will appeal to those who like a refreshing taste, but I found it a bit lacking.
