Konnaky
Kamo Nishiki is a sake that cannot be bought in Niigata, even though it is brewed in Niigata. (The non-packaged sake for Niigata, which is closer to light and dry, is now sold in the prefecture.) It was a delicious sake with a moderate sweetness, a refreshing taste, and no spines, and could be drunk with a meal.
