I've been a fan of their sake since I tried their Junmai sake.
Last fall, I visited the brewery (only to buy sake in this day and age).
I enjoy this sake several times a year.
This time
I took advantage of the free shipping promotion at the online store and got it!
I guess this sake is only available in winter!
The bottle label warns against opening the bottle and to drink it as soon as possible.
The first time it was opened, it was a little tingly.
The next day, it feels just right.
N cloudy (sake leesiness), acidic, dry, rich but refreshing, and sweet.
