Yuki no Bosha美酒の設計 純米吟醸 生酒
はな
Tonight, tired from working on a holiday, we will pair a sumptuous sea bream hot pot with a delicious sake 😁.
It's a raw sake designed by Bishu. I often drink Yukino Kayasha, but this is my first time.
The aroma is firm, melon-like, and gorgeous. It has a refreshing, sweet and delicious taste. The first time I tried it, I was surprised to find that it had a very high level of sweetness, like a surge of sweetness. It has a complex flavor, like wasanbon, or brown sugar with a slight bitterness.
It leaves a slight bitterness and the aftertaste is mild.
Well, it's good😊.
The sweet sea bream, well, it's the one that doesn't need words. LOL!

Erin, you do fish 😁.
I like Yukino Kayasha, it's sweet but I have the impression that there are no disappointments.
I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
