Shuho純米大吟醸 愛山 生原酒

I was so enchanted by Shuho's Omachi Junmai Daiginjo I had at a bar last month that I bought three different Daiginjos: Aizan, Yamadanishiki, and Dewasanbai.
Let's start with Aizan.
The aroma on the nose is mildly sweet.
The elegant sweetness on the palate with a hint of strawberry, and the acidity and richness that disappears quickly.
It has a nice sharpness, and compared to Omachi Daiginjos, it has an elegant or delicate feel to it.
It was delicious 🍶.
