かうぽん
Seibu Ikebukuro's second basement floor liquor merchant Yamada.
I received a lottery ticket from the store.
There is not much aroma. There is a melon atmosphere in the mouth, but the sweetness is only in the aroma, and the sake is umami dry. It has a soft alcohol taste.
There was also a dry junmai, but it was too harsh, so I went for the junmai ginjo. It is a sake that makes you want to drink junmai as well. We enjoyed it with grilled mackerel, bean-curd vermicelli, and marinated vegetables.
It is a very good sake for a mealtime drink.
