When the bottle was opened, there was a pusher sound. The top aroma is faintly honey-like. When you drink it, the slight carbonation, gentle sweetness, and pleasant bitterness are well balanced. This is delicious. The label on the back says it disappears in an instant, and that is exactly what it does. The aroma is that of fruity akabu (red beeswax). It is good both on its own and with food. I've been enjoying it with homemade salmon steak and pork tongue with lemon. It goes well with my recent favorite blue cheese with a dash of honey. Akabu goes well with western food as well.
Especially my favorite!
