It was a refreshing sake with a clear taste and aroma.
We had it with grilled meat while sweating in the hot weather, but it was delicious without losing the situation.
I also had NO6 with it, but I prefer this one in this situation.
However, the next day, I had some leftover sake in a cool place, and I was surprised at how good the NO6 was.
Of course, the Takachiyo was also delicious.
I think that this sake from Takachiyo has a stable flavor regardless of the situation.
In addition to the food, is it a characteristic of sake that its flavor changes greatly depending on the drinking environment (heat, day or night, outside or inside, etc.)?
I've learned the depth of sake again.
