A winter-only ginjo-shu stored in a snow dome from winter to fall.
It has a very gentle and soft mouthfeel.
It is dry but not too dry and can be drunk without hesitation.
It has an image of tasty ice.
Slightly sweet and umami.
I paired it with an aji-tama (a kind of fried egg).
