bouken
Purchased by reservation at Asano Sake Shop in Sannomiya.
It has a slight aroma of rice.
The acidity is impressive. It has a slight gentle sweetness and a good sharpness. The second half is bitter and spicy. Just a little fizzy.
Compared to the Kaika I've had so far, I'd say it's more on the dry side.
I heard that Risshun Asa Shibori started with Kaika.
