100% Yamae-Nishiki
The second bottle of Mikotsuru is a junmai ginjo unfiltered raw sake from Yamae-Nishiki produced by Owada Farm in Suwa City.
It has a sweet, juicy blue melon with a hint of herbaceousness and a gin-like bitterness hidden behind the melon, which finally emerges as a crisp bitterness. It is smooth and sweet, but with a firm bitterness that gives it a slightly Oumachi-like quality.
