Naoqi
Series 3: I bought this in Nagano.
It seems to be the smallest sake brewery in Japan. Totsuka Sake Brewery's Kanchiku.
Like the Fukayama Zakura I bought with it, it has a classic, mellow taste with a mature feel.
It's not my favorite type of sake, but I think it's better warmed.
Of the series I bought in Nagano, Dai Shinshu was my favorite.
